Welcome to
Poker-Sharks.com. This site lists some of the best

and these are the ones I prefer to frequent and that I know will pay you
on cash-ins. Which seems to be the biggest problem we poker
players face in the online gaming world.
I suppose there
are some places that use robots; or that cheat players
in different ways during the actual play of the game; but
those places can easily be avoided by sticking to playing at poker rooms
that have publicly traded software in use; such as the poker
rooms provided by the Microgaming casinos. Such casinos are the
more prevalent casinos found online; at least of those which
are considered reputable to play.
Publicly traded
software has tamper-proof program within the programs;
because the parent software company (which is where the true money lies
in online gambling; leasing out the software)
cannot afford for it to ever be discovered that the games they offer are
anything but 100% random and fair. It would mean the end of
the software company and they would never allow that to happen.
Proprietary
software (exclusive to that site or group of sites) is always a risk of
some proportion. While I play at a few such sites; it
is only after extensive play that I have ever listed them on any of my
sites.
Just so you know
my motivations; I get a commission from every table rake you pay.
Table rakes are paid by the winner of the hand; taken out of
the pot before it is paid to the winner.
SO IF YOU DON'T
WIN; I DON'T WIN! So I think we can agree that
the idea is to get you playing someplace where you'll feel comfortable
(because I think that leads to more wins), and someplace
that will pay you when you go to cash-in.
That is of
utmost importance to me because I go one step further for my patrons
than you will find at any other poker portal; I guarantee
you won't get ripped-off. That's right; I guarantee
that when you go to cash-in; that you will not lose any money
because of my recommendations.
By that; I
mean that if you are denied a cash-in; or not paid for any
reason that isn't legit; (such as you opened multiple accounts;
bonus abuse; etc) as long as you have met all the
requirements for cashing-in; if they won't pay you; I
will reimburse you the amount of your most recent deposit to that poker
room; so that at least you won't be out any money.
This is a
sincere gesture on my part to show you that I am truly dedicated to
building a long-lasting relationship with my surfers; that I
stand behind my recommendations by putting my money where my mouth is;
and that when you consider that I make only 25% of the table rake that
is paid when you win; that I am going to lose money every
time I have to pay a claim; unless that player has been
playing a long, long time. because it takes a
lot of wins for me to make the $100 (for example) that I
would have to reimburse you if things went bad; when I make
only 25% of a table rake which takes only a quarter for every $5 in the
pot; with a maximum rake of $3 per hand no matter how high the
stakes go. (this is the commission structure for the Microgaming
poker rooms). That means I'd make at best (and this is for the
upper stakes tables), seventy-five cents. That's
maximum.
